Rao Tehseen, who was removed as Principal Information Officer (PIO) under Prime Minister's Executive Order in the wake of Dawn Leaks inquiry commission report, has announced that he will move the court against his removal. Aaj News reported on Sunday that Rao Tehseen termed government's action an injustice against him. He said he was not responsible for Dawn Leaks.

He asked: "Since the inquiry commission had not held anyone responsible for Dawn Leaks then why I was punished?"

"Unfortunately, there was no media expert on the inquiry commission otherwise he would have told it [the commission] that an independent media organisation cannot be forced to unpublish any news," he said.
